Providing superior mediation services to resolve legal disputes

Why ADR Options?

Decades of Experience in Resolving Disputes

With a career spanning almost fifty years in complex civil litigation, Dale transitioned into helping other attorneys resolve their cases through mediation. He selected ADR Options as the dispute resolution company to affiliate with because of its stellar reputation and its history of providing quality mediation and arbitration services for over 30 years.  ADR Options was founded by Thomas Rutter, J.D. and Michael Carney, M.B.A. in 1993 and it quickly earned the respect of litigation attorneys from both the plaintiff and defense bars in Pennsylvania. Maggy Carney, the current President, has continued to provide high-quality mediation and arbitration services, drawing on the skills and experience of former judges and exceptional trial attorneys with expertise in dispute resolution. In 2016, ADR Options was selected by the readers of the Legal Intelligencer for the 16th consecutive year as the Best ADR Company. Dale chose ADR Options as the company best positioned to help him transition from a trial attorney to a mediator who could deliver a nuanced path to settlements that honor the integrity of all parties.
